Sample Letter I met Spencer Balliet through our mutual love of bicycles. One day, while we were speaking, I found out that he was a Designer. Shortly thereafter, I began Creative Director-ing for an Online Video project and decided to hire Spencer as the Designer. Spencer's sense of design appealed to me immediately. He was able to take my creative brief and come up with executions that fulfilled my requirements and went beyond my expectations. The project also had many technological hurdles that Spencer tackled with the ease and gusto of someone far more experienced. Since then, we've begun working on the back-end Web store for another client I work with and I'm already seeing results that I know will make the people I work for very pleased. Spencer is easy to talk to, has a keen understanding with what's going on in the worlds of design and technology. I know he excels in the work for hire role, but I have no doubt he would also make a fantastic employee. I plan to continue working with Spencer in the future and strongly recommend that you put him at the top of your Art Direction list.
